So this is why I'm confused. According to Captain Slow, putting in 100w gets a max 100w boost. He says this from experience of owning a Creo. From the above example of e-levity, putting in 100w gets a max 200w boost.

Another thing to remember is the Creo REQUIRES 70rpm cadence to produce full power. Lower cadence greatly reduces power. Unlike my Vado which has lots of low end grunt :-) On a Creo test ride I noticed that if you let the cadence drop to 60 or even 50 on a climb, you loose ground FAST. I...

I don't think you can change that. My Vado does that as well. My solution is to set level 2 to be what I use almost all the time
