Make sure it's not loose spokes clicking against each other. I have to tighten my spokes every 500 miles to avoid this.

I had a couple bad motors on my 2014 dash that fit your description, but my 2015 has been most excellent. That second motor sounds like a magnet got loose and stuck on the stator. Sorry to hear about your problems.

Yikes! I use a cable lock and leave it out on the street all the time. That's an expensive loss.

Pretty cool, but you'd have to rewire that whole cage to the motor, do some splicing into that main power feed. Wouldn't be too hard as long as Currie has a tech doc with all the wiring.

I've noticed the charger turns green before the full charge. But the BMS might cut it off to protect the cells. (Similar on how the charger won't charge a fresh depleted battery) Most LiPo will only charge to like 97%. That's when I unplug it, wait 5 minutes and plug it in again and it'll charge...

This - Every 100 or so miles I'll go in and tighten them. Or you'll hear creaking. On my old Dash I used Locktite.

No issues here and I just did a 22 mile drive on a 85degree day without stopping. - 2015 Dash.,

What bike is that? That's super clean and sharp! I don't have an issue with the Dash's brakes, it's the pads that wear out too quick. I run through 2 pairs a season with this bike. But I do a lot of stop/go city driving.

Using a small 12v pack off ebay ($23) and a roll of LED strips off ebay ($34) I was able to clip off a small section and stick it to the underside of my bike. The results are a super bright strip that you can turn any color, strobe, fade etc. Pack lasts about 3 hours and some colors are visible...
