    Thanks, Stephan... here is a good summary chart for Road and MTN bikes with Shimano and SRAM groupsets. I generally recommend starting at the Recreational Level for decent quality components with long service life.

    Why aren't there quick chargers for ebike?

    You really don't need to charge to 100% to balance the cells on a Yamaha OEM pack with a sophisticated BMS. Our resident expert, Ravi has confirmed this a number of times on various EBR battery threads. Hope this helps.
