I never see anything over 1000w. My display does not switch between current (amps) and power (watts), no matter if I change the setting. The display provides a curve at the bottom from 0-1000w. How do you change the display to go over 1000w?

Has anyone figured out how to access the advanced settings? It appears to need a password. I created a start-up password (1919) Which worked to lock out screen on start up, but that did not access the Advanced settings. I am thinking there is an admin password set up by Luna, but they have not...

Yes display is set to 48v. My other Ultra is powered by 52v and it cuts off at 44v, so I would expect this one to cut off at 42 v. Also I’m using the voltage in the display, not the percent remaining - battery indicator turns red at 47 v, which is barely below 50% for a 48 v battery. Something...

I went on a real off road MTB ride today, including technical single track, steep (very steep) fire road, and lots of in between. Majority of time spent in level 1, some in level 2, only for the steepest climbs (20+% grade) did I go to level 3-4. Suspension is sublime, the ride on this bike is...

    Luna Z1 - First impressions

Its been cold and wet, finally got a chance to ride it today. The good - fast, at full throttle in highest gear top speed 32 MPH flat with no wind. Top speed going down hill 43 mph. Suspension is delightful. The bad - battery at 5% after 14 miles. To be fair, that was riding at full throttle...

Broke the stock chain on the second ride, full power up 14% grade at 18 mph. I noticed stock chain is SRAM , but not eagle. I had a SRAM Eagle nx chain on hand and installed without fanfare. Ordered 3 more since everyone is out of stock on eagle chains

I received mine today and set it up. Adding to OP points: PROS: 1) Paint is beautiful. metal multicolor flakes is hard to photograph, but looks great in light 2) Easy assembly. Gears are NOT adjusted correctly so be sure to do that BEFORE you ride! Once they are adjusted they are very smooth. 3)...

Use regular grease in between the leaves of the seat post. Carbon grease creaks.

    Advice on Canyon Grail: ON

Creaking seat post; I called Canyon and they said it never happened to anybody else and said it was because I exceeded the 100 kg weight limit (I don't). Anyway. I tried lubing with "wet" lube (tri-flow) and it stopped the squeaking for a couple of days, Then I tried assembly compound (gritty...

    Advice on Canyon Grail: ON

I tried to purchase a separate cover but none available. I have done several long rides (80 miles) with the exposed battery and it works fine. The cover is a splash guard, not waterproof. I think it’s fine without a cover unless you’re in heavy rain/deep puddles. I carry the second battery in a...

HELP - Specialized Vado/Como Battery motherboard replacement.

I went through the same thing. Specialized does not support with any parts or even a circuit schematic. Nobody will work on these things. The only solution is a new battery. I sold my bike for parts $800. I am done with Specialized,

    Advice on Canyon Grail: ON

Funny. I am normally a Large (58CM) and they insisted I was a Medium. Much too small for me. I ordered a factory blemish so I cannot return for a large. Have constant back pain now that I haven't had after 45 years of riding

    Advice on Canyon Grail: ON

I rode up Mt Hamilton via Quimby yesterday 33 miles 4900 vertical, 18% grade at the steepest! Rode in Turbo mode the whole way. Battery completely drained at 28 miles but I was delighted with the range considering 260 lb rider+bike going up 5000' at 10-15 MPH. I had a second battery in the seat...

Brose S Drive Replacement Belt (USA)

I have a Brose belt for Alu series (S, T, TF) and the belt tensioner pulley. (does not fit the MAG). I bought them thinking that was what was wrong but when I cracked open the case they were fine - the clutch had failed. So I have a new, opened but unused belt + tensioner. Cost me $250 to buy...

    Advice on Canyon Grail: ON

Ill jump in here. I acquired a new Grail:ON Cf ETAP 3 weeks ago. It does everything it says. I thought eletronic shifting would be pointless in a 1x system, but it works flawlessly. I changed the 50mm gravel G-one wheels to 38 mm Panaracer Gravelking (slick tread) tubeless and the tubeless setup...
