Hi My DPC18 display does not give me the 5 or 9 PAS levels choice; instead, it only shows Eco or Sports instead of the PAS levels.

I have this BBSHD motor with a 48v. 21 A battery that is getting no assist at all in PAS 1 out of 5. Be it in Eco or in Sports mode, no assist at all. The PAS levels from 2 to 5 are working normally. Or is there a special way to program a 5 PAS levels DPC 18 using the 9 PAS level config tool...

I re-programmed the controller and this error went away.

I do have voltage reading on my display and it still shows over 50 v with 34 km on the odometer. For this reason, I'd be inclined to believe the 82 range rather than the 23 km. I should have mentioned that I am getting an error 21 (speed sensor related).

Hi I have this weird problem with BBSHD 1000w motor. The display shows "error 21". The speed sensor seems to be reading the speed correctly. The bike performs normally as long as I use PAS level 1 and 2. But whenever I try to go up to PAS 3 and above, the power cuts out. Any suggestion? Thanks

After double checking, I read correct voltage coming from the controller to the speed sensor, but the speed sensor light never comes on. I guess the speed sensor which is brand new is already dead.

I'll check that tomorrow. I thought the speed sensor only came on when the magnet faces it.
