Ok thanks for confirming Ravi! I purchased that one from Amazon and it should be here Saturday, so I'll report back. I also have pics and a report in the works, but life has been plenty hectic with full-time work plus school.

Is there any way for me to find out what size collar fits?

In looking at the post, I do see the number 31.6, and I am wondering if that stands for the milimeters width. This collar says 29.8 mm. I tried looking up the specs of the ST1 online, but the specs listed on the Stromer site do not include the seat post width.

The seat post. The tube has a quick release clamp at the bottom, so doesn't even seem like it'd be possible to put anything else on the tube.

When I pulled the seat post, the collar seems slightly too small. I tried stretching it, but it doesn't appear to be stretchable?

Ravi or anyone, Should this seatpost collar fit around my ST1 seatpost? I took the screw out and it doesn't seem to stretch wider, and as it is, it doesn't seem to fit around the seatpost. Am I missing anything?

Nevermind. As a noob, I did not realize that other bikes have the hole in a different direction. I guess I can't use the one arm, and must get a seatpost clamp.

Also, when attempting to use the two eyelets, the rack is higher than I would like. I would prefer to use the wheel nut as that is a good two inches lower. I do not have a torque wrench... would it be bad for me to remove the wheel nuts (to install the rack) and then simply tighten back by feel?

I just received the Axiom DLX Streamliner Disc Cycle Rack that I ordered, and there is a bar in the middle that is supposed to connect to the bike's frame (without having to install a seatpost connector). As a noob, I absolutely cannot figure out why this bar is shaped like this, and how it is...

So like, for how tight I screw on the water bottle holder, I need to get some sort of device to measure the "torque" of the "fastener" (I'm guessing the fastener means screw)?

I have to agree with Vern - this price seems to good to be true!! Not doubting you Power Me, because I know you know your stuff, but this seems awfully cheap price, no?

Cameron, thanks so much for this explanation. I must admit that I have been confused about headlights, because ones like Power Me use are so cheap, yet so highly rated - meanwhile, other headlights are a lot more expensive.
