Easy peazy to grease the motor. I've opend my motor abour 4 times so far, still using the original gasket, but you should probably purcahse a new gasket just in case, it's paper. kinda flimsy.

I agree. If you are relying on this bike to get to work, when it breaks down, it may take you a good while to get it up and running again. If I were a local bike store, I wouldn't work on it.
