Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

Do you think it would use the same clutch part? The clutch from the BBS02 is easy to purchase, and parts sourcing is my big issue right now.

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

Unfortunately the bike seller (Voltbike) has gone dark on everyone and may be dead and BAFANG itself has responded to none of my emails. So you think that this may not actually be a broken part? I am, at this point, just calling other bike sellers using the max drive in their models to see if...

Having trouble getting replacement parts for a BAFANG MM G330.250

The G330 is a separate motor from the BBS02 with a seemingly totally different design. Would it share any parts? That's a good idea, though. Maybe another manufacturer using the 330 platform on their bikes can help me out. The 330 writeup on Bafangs website linked below. (Link Removed - No...

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

The chain is not moving. Not sure about the chain ring, but I have to assume it's not either since then the chain would be moving. The pedals are seemingly connected to nothing, they spin with no resistance. I can not actually use the bike as a bike currently. It will sometimes catch, but only...

Having trouble getting replacement parts for a BAFANG MM G330.250

I tried em3ev, lunacycle, dillengerelectric, and california ebike. None of them carry parts for the g330.250 or can source them. The bafang kits they do support are aftermarket ones that can be attached to any bike, the 330 is integrated into the frame which is probably why they don't have...

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

I updated my post, you're right its the mid drive not the hub. My mistake. The shop wasn't willing to open up the motor unless it knew it could source parts or expertise so it would know what to do. I don't have the skill to do it myself. We were mostly making assumptions based on the behavior...

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

I tried, unfortunately they don't stock the g330.250. It seems like no one does.

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

The mechanism that connects the pedals to the motor degraded over the period of a year and now turning the pedals rarely engages the motor. We believe it's the freewhell/clutch because of the behavior the bike showed in that time period. The issue is definitively inside the motor itself, the fix...

Having trouble getting replacement parts for a BAFANG MM G330.250

That's a lot of help, thanks. And I agree, it looks like the market is set to crash, especially with the possible introduction of tariffs.

Need resources for getting replacement parts and instructions for a BAFANG MM G330.250 (a hub motor)

Hey all, The mid drive motor on my Voltbike Enduro seems to have gone bad. The shop I took it too seems to believe that it's the freewheel in the mid drive. I've had no luck getting support from Voltbike and Bafang itself doesn't have an English help line. It has a line that is supposed to be...

    Is Voltbike still around?

The bike itself is out of Warranty. It's possible the motor is warrantied by BAFANG but I'm unable to contact them directly. I'll give LunaCycle a try, thanks for the info.

    Is Voltbike still around?

Voltbikes site shows it as a BAFANG mm G330.250. The image they show does look like the unit in my bike.

Having trouble getting replacement parts for a BAFANG MM G330.250

Hey all, I bought a Voltbike Enduro last year and it's been out of warranty for a bit. It seems like the freewheel in the motor is broken (we believe) and I currently have it in the only shop in the Boston area that services electrics. They haven't worked on this model of motor before and don't...

    Is Voltbike still around?

I bought an Enduro last year and I've had a few issues with it. Up until now I have been able to contact Voltbike to get a warranty replacement and to have questions answered but on this latest issue (I believe the freewheel in the motor is broken) they seem to be totally non-responsive. The...

Possible motor or sensor issue with my Voltbike

I haven't yet. I was hoping people may have heard of this issue before I tried to explain it to them over the phone. I've had to contact them before for other repairs and issues.

Possible motor or sensor issue with my Voltbike

The behavior of the bike is definitely in the mid drive motor, rather than any of the gearing in the back. The motor is taking or releasing the pedals without reacting to the sensor. It's a mid drive, so the motor is between the pedals, rather than in the back of the bike.

Possible motor or sensor issue with my Voltbike

Hi Rich. This is my: bike http://www.voltbike.ca/voltbike-enduro.html It's got a BAFANG mid drive motor and torque+cadence sensors. What is the freewheel? I haven't done anything that involves opening the motors enclosure. I wouldn't know what to do in there.

Possible motor or sensor issue with my Voltbike

Hey, I have a new issue on my Voltbike Enduro. I don't know if its a problem with the sensor package, computer, or motor, but when I stop pedaling the bike itself decides I wasn't finished after all and just keeps turning my pedals. It'll go for a round or two before stopping of its own accord...
