I have this bike and really love it. It’s a quality build with everything I need. This replaced my Townie Go which is a fun bike. These bike are part of Trek and there are plenty of stores within reasonable distance for service work.

There are some changes. You can go to the Electra website and see them. They have two versions of the Townie go now. The lower price one has a derailleur instead of the 8 speed internal hub, and does not have fenders. I think it may also have the Puritan display. The big upgrade is that both...

The integrity of Metal is compromised when twisted. It will weaken more when you straighten it. Its not worth the chance of having the fork fail on you while riding. Plus there is the issue of alignment. I cannot tell much from the picture.
