That's pretty subjective in nature. It depends on effort levels but other things as well. If being on a ebike makes one ride more often or try harder then their physical fitness will improve more than with an analog bike that they only feel so so about. Attitudes affect workouts.

Thats how I would sum it up too. It's kind of a subtle thing...not going to blow you away but it is effective. I basically would say it keeps the sit bones from feeling bruised. It is firm but to push down on it there is give. Just the right balance between comfort and support without too much...
