Is Ortlieb Pannier QR System Compatible With Major Bike Brands?

Hi, After I have bought my e-bike (Giant Explore E+ 1 or Specialized Turbo Vado 4, not sure yet), I plan to buy Ortlieb back panniers. It's not clear whether bike racks are compatible with the Ortlieb QR system. What do I have to check in the bike specifications exactly to be sure? Thank you...

An E-bike With A Quiet Motor

What max range can you ride with one battery charge? I'm trying to assess if the max range of a Vado 4 (average conditions) would be enough for me.

Questions About Your Vado 4 Experience

Hi, I read that Brose motors are less reliable than other brands, and they consume more battery power than other brands? What is the battery range in normal conditions (just a few uphills, good road, not too windy)? Do you find that motor more silent than Bosch motors? Thanks a lot for your...

Looking for Giant Dailytour E+ 1 Opinions

Hi, This bike looks good on paper to me, but I read very negative reviews (bad electrical system, stops working in the rain, etc.). What's your experience with it? I plan to do bike touring with it (80 to 120 km rides each day for a week or several weeks). I like that there's no derailleur...

Thank you for your message. The prices are too steep for my budget unfortunately. I would prefer a central motor.

An E-bike With A Quiet Motor

Hi all! I need an e-bike for touring over days or weeks, so fitted with a battery with a long life. Today, I've just tested the Riese and Muller Charger 4. It's an excellent bike, I loved it, apart from one thing: the noise of its Bosch Gen4 CX motor. I don't think I can get used to it. So...

Apps for cycling. Does anyone else find them kind of... lacking?

Grade is also very important to me, and I tried all the free versions of apps. Conclusion: none can enable me to use Grade as a parameter when choosing a route. For instance, I want a route from A to B where grades are less than 5% or 10%... Biking apps are seriously lacking.

Biking Videos Made With A Smartphone On A Gimbal?

Hi, Most videos I see on YT are made with a GoPro. GoPros are certainly good and convenient, but they are expensive, and I already have a smartphone that can shoot good videos. Did you try to shoot videos on your bike using your smartphone on a gimbal? I see there are gimbals on the market...

Android Navigation App That Let's You Choose The % Of Uphills

Hi, Is there a free app (without constraints of time, about the number of maps, etc., totally free) in which one of the criteria to choose a route is the percentage of uphills? For instance, I want my route to have less than 5% uphills. Thank you for your help. Cheers
