Their customer support system really really needs to be addressed. I'm impressed with the bike, and yes it could use some tweaks, but they are going to ruin their brand if they don't figure out a way to provide some sort of timely customer service.

Thank you all. Just had a great first 12 mile ride. It was exhilarating and gave me a real sense of freedom. Next stop a 20 mile commute to work via a trail network.

If any of you all have sway with Aventon, they really need to up their customer support game...
We'll before anyone replies... I think I figured it out (I'm a dumbass and installed the fork backwards.... I'm 99.9% sure). I'll leave this up here in case anyone else suffers the same embarassment. :)
Good morning. I just assembled my Aventon Level (M). After full assembly I noticed that the front tire hits either pedal if they are in the forward horizontal (parallel with the ground position). Is this normal?
It seems like a real safety issue to me.

They do have a chat feature from 8am to 5pm.... I've been on hold on the chat for over an hour... started in the queue with 13 ahead... now there are only 2 ahed...1 hr later....... They really need to up their customer support game.
