Did you do the bedding in procedure with the new pads ? And clean the disc with some cleaner, I use Brakleen .Also since I switched to Jagwire ( semi - metallic ) disc pads , on my St2 ,these solved brake squeel for me. And they last lots of miles.

Another bolt that has been loosening on my FS Bulls MTB is down near the rear sprocket. There is a small resessed plate on the suspension on the inside that keeps working loose , a spinning , from movement . I will try correct torque , if that doesn't work might put a little blue loctite.

Also , you may need to recalibrate the torque sensor . I am going through the recalibration steps with my torque sensor on my Stromer St2 currently. I am having similar issues with my St2. Good luck with your Kalkhoff.

Find out the correct torque setting ( in Newton meters) for your rear hub. Might be your torque sensor not cooperating when you pedal. They can be finicky.

I want to reset my torque sensor . I know it involves pulling in the brake lever and holding menu icon down , but don't know complete procedure. Has anyone reset their torque sensor , or know where instructions can be found ? Thanks

Speaking of clunking. My Brose motor on my Bulls Evo fs3 + mtb , chunks on initial start up every few pedal strokes. And then goes away. Any one else's doing this? Odd like the motor is missing a cog when cold.
