I've got a little bit of a head start on you - 80 last year. The 15.5 limit is not too bad on cycleways, and cycling on the road is problematic during the week because of traffic densities. It's fine on Saturdays and Sundays early in the morning, when I go out.

Many thanks for that - I can buy a Deckas 44T which would be a halfway house. I am going to chat to my LBS people, who are very helpful, and check about my warranty (always assuming they are working in the lockdown). I probably need a new chain anyway, so I will consider asking them to fit it...

That was my thinking too - on my mechanicals, I would never be on the smallest cog unless going downhill. I will take a look at my options now - many thanks :).

@Sierratim Many thanks for posting details of the missing link tools. Before the Vado, I always used 9 speed systems, and it was not too difficult to separate the links by hand. I have ordered up both tools, one to carry, and the metal pliers for the toolbox :). Would you recommend changing...

@Nxkharra Many thanks for posting the recommended tyre pressures from Schwalbe. I have also been running at 60psi, so will change that. I had quite a long run yesterday, and have now ordered a suspension seatpost (Sartori Harmony) from Australia, no less :), because I am feeling the vibration...

Martee is on 13.4 but most of the rest of us are on 12.4 - I wonder if he sees any issues?

I am a bit puzzled by what is happening to you, because I have a 2019 Vado 4 and it has a TCD-W display, so it clearly conforms. Maybe it is the retrofit kits that are not ready?
