I have a bontrager back that I love. I just bought an ebike with a standard rack. Can I use my bontrager bag on the standard rack somehow?

My headlight on my discovery quit working. Noticed it after dealer did some adjustment on front fender and handlebar stem. Short in wire? Other ideas other that go back to dealer (a bit of a pain to make the trip). Is light bright enough to matter. Taillight works fine.
