Just contact support, they will go through next steps with you. From your post above it seems that either the switch or the wire between the switch and the bms is the culprit. We'll likely need to ship your battery back and ship you another.

Keep trolling. You're good at it. If you actually bother to read, you'll see in the other post that we didn't send anyone back and forth to the bike shop for 6 months - customer got a run around from a local bike shop even though we sent parts in time and were left in the dark about the run...

The second battery has a switch - if that's in off, then you will see the display come on and then turn back off.

Fortunately those parts are easy to upgrade as a consumer, but unfortunately delivery times get pushed out months if we had to do that as OEM.

Depending on the state of charge of the cells, one pack may have gone through the balancing cycle which will take much longer than if it didn't.

The connectors to the display would be female for Bafang compatible controllers. Male on others. Also, on some incompatible controllers that have female connectors for display, the Bafang software won't connect via USB.

No Duties or taxes for UK shipment. I think its better to go with the 17" frame for a 29" inseam. You can always raise the seat up. Battery - you can never have too much range. I always recommend people to get the biggest you can afford.

Unfortunately that depends on the version of controller you have with the Stunner LT. Some have bafang protocol and can be programmed as normal Bafang programming but others use KT/Lishui controllers which do not support programming.

We currently have no batteries in stock for sale (other than ones pre-ordered). You can always order a battery+rack later when we have them in stock. Installing is easy - 4 screws hold battery plate down to the frame and the battery just plugs in with the provided connector.
