    Vado 5 battery life

I rode my Turbo Levo all last winter and the colder it got, the shorter my riding time and my electric gloves heat time reduced as the temperature went down.

Almost around the world (38,500 km) and still going

Congratulations Ken S on your long and reliable ride. I own a Turbo Levo and am thinking of getting an ebike for the street and touring. I have always liked the Ohm products and DD motors. I am going to try to test drive an Ohm and see if it's the bike for me. Enjoy your rides.

    Vado 5 battery life

I charged my Turbo Levo yesterday after a 22 mile ride and today it is 97%. It's about 54 weeks old and ridden 870.1 miles.

1700 miles on 2015 base Turbo (modified)

I was able to ride a Turbo S with the DD motor. I liked the power of the bike but did not like the ride on rough surfaces. I can agree with you on the Hard ride. I also heard of people having a problem with the joystick control failing, which I would not like at all. But regardless of that I...

First year with my Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6Fattie

Today I have ridden my Levo 6Fattie for exactly one year. I rode almost every week thru the summer, fall, winter and spring. Here are some of my likes and dislikes of the bike. On the first day I had a riser installed for the handlebars and replaced the seat with a very comfortable seat. My...

    YouTube video of Spring Ride

I am glad you enjoyed the video. Now that I have learned how to use the camera , I am going to remake the video and it should be much better. I knew the video would not be that great, but I mainly wanted to show that the mid-drive motor was not noisy and that the Turbo Levo does not bang the...

    YouTube video of Spring Ride

I start my ride at the east side entrance of the James F. Hall Trail - https://www.traillink.com/trail/james-f-hall-trail/ - to the White Clay Creek State Park - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Clay_Creek_State_Park - and follow the White Clay Creek north. The trail will connect to the White...

    YouTube video of Spring Ride

Hi all, On the First Day of Spring I got up at 6 am and while waiting for the temperature to reach 35 degrees F, I installed my Nikon 170 to record parts of my ride. Several people have been commenting on the mid-drive noise, comparing it to the noisy Bosh or other systems. Granted it is not as...

    Low temperature affecting battery

I do keep the Turbo Levo in my living room always. It is like a piece of art it is so beautiful. I did read once about someone wrapping the battery in neoprene in cold weather. It sounds like a good idea, I'll put it on my To Do List. Thanks for reminding me.

    Low temperature affecting battery

I went for a ride on my Turbo Levo Saturday when the temperatures were in the mid 20's and was shocked when I arrived home. Normally I ride 20 miles and when I return home the battery has 5 lights lit when the temperature is 47 degrees or warmer. That was not the case on Saturday. I had one...

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

I paid $5500 US dollars, which is the current price. For me the bike has exceeded my expectations. It has a smooth ride with the full suspension. I can climb the hills with ease. I ride it on the streets, in the mud, hard pack dirt and gravel roads and off road bike trails.

Turbo Levo front chain device / chain coming off

I have a Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6Fattie and have been concerned about the chain falling off. Can you post a link to the chain guide product you used? I am interested in installing one on my Levo.

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

Looks like an interesting code change. I don't know if I want to change the speed in the mission control app. I will think about it. Just wondering, what was your increase in speed after doing that?

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

I know what you mean. I am still loving my Turbo Levo, but I would like to be able to go faster than 18 mph. The only thing I don't like is my dealer just sold his bicycle business. I didn't see that coming. I hope I will be able to get my Levo repaired if it breaks down.

I just watched the video. Thanks for uploading it.

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

I like to remember the bad sections of the roads I travel on. I also take note of broken glass on the road and will go back and clean it up. Been doing that for over 20 years. On the Turbo Levo I raised the handlebar a few inches up and changed the seat to a Schwinn comfortable model. It made...

I just bought my Turbo FLR (Sweden)

Congrats on your new Turbo FLR. I plan to ride in the winter too and was thinking about making some kind of insulated wrap for my Turbo Levo's battery. I always get the winter package for my Jeeps and they come with an insulated cover for the battery.

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

I was leaning toward getting the Turbo X because of it's suspension. If the dealer had one in stock and no Turbo Levo, I would have bought it. I hike a lot and when I see guys on their full suspension MTB on the trails I try to get their opinions on them and almost everyone points out full...

First day with my new Turbo Levo FSR Comp 6 Fattie

Thanks Vincent, I think the bike is as much a piece of art, as it is a capable mountain bike.

Longest Ride Yet! - 53.2 miles - base 2016/16 Turbo

Congrats on your long ride. It sounds like you have the Turbo setup well. I looked at the Strava report, very interesting. I am about to order a cell phone mount for my Turbo Levo so I can use the Mission Control app and create Strava reports. My reports won't be very interesting since I will be...
