I have 75 miles on the new 11-28 freewheel. I like it a lot. Nice cadence in PAS 3 and 6th gear. Nice cadence in PAS 5 in 7th. No more chasing 7th because it is much higher now...like another gear.

In an emergency an old trick is to pop one side of the bead off and stuff the tire with grass so it will hold its shape. Pop the bead back on and you should be able to push it home. It might work.

Silicone spray but not on the pads or rotor, right?
