Powerbutler has answered that they are working on a 48V solution which could enter the market in the 2nd half of 2022. I have sent them @Stefan Mikes pictures so they do not forget the Specialized SL adapter 😉

You're completely OT in this point, too. The Grin cycle Satiator (model CG306-4808, specified for 24-48V only) needs AC input 100 -240V but doesn't work on 12V input as requested. And there is no Satiator model for the complete range 12V -60V.
