    Munduato, Thanks for asking, it's not the speed I want it's just that I want a slightly slower cadence when I'm cruising. I have accepted that I will have to live with the slight problem.

    Sad choice of music but loved your story.The main point for me is that you have to be calm and quick thinking. Ps. I'm 75, and I'm like a teenager on the bike, so much freedom, but I generally drive, on main roads, as if there is policeman somewhere behind.
