Thanks for the information. I was not aware that has happened. Not a big issue and probably something I could figure out and fix myself. The usb port won't keep my headlight illuminated for more than 30 seconds. It used to work fine.

Great to read that BH is standing behind their product with great support. I have a BH Atom and really enjoy it. Problem is that my wife enjoys it too so it looks like I need to buy a second ebike in the near future. Maybe another BH.

Great to read that BH is supporting their product well. I bought my BH about 4 months ago and haven't been able to ride it as much as I would like due to the weather in Pittsburgh. I plan on putting a lot of miles on soon and like to know the support is there from BH if needed. Thanks for the post.

I have 2 friends that recently bought the Atom X Lynx 6 Pro with Brose S motor. They are awesome bikes and pull much better than my 2017 model. Wish I could trade mine, atom lynx 6 pro, in for the x model.
