A2b has been contacted, they think its probably a display issue and are sending a new one. Thanks again for your help and thanks to A2b for sending the new display. I'll post the results when I get the new one installed.
All cable connections have been checked and the brakes aren't engaged. It ran fine and didn't show the "Font Programming" until I fully charged the battery pack and re-installed it. I unplugged and plugged in the display and the controller hoping that would reset the system but that did nothing...
