Weird display message on Alva+

I have an Alva+ that had been sitting for about 8 months. The battery pack had a charge when stored and ran fine at that time. Unfortunately, the battery pack didn't get periodic charges and was completely discharged when brought out of storage. I charged the battery pack about 90% and re-installed. Bike ran great! Decided to fully charge the battery at that point. Upon re-installation of the battery pack and plugging in the battery cable, the display flashes "Font Programming". No power to anything. I tried unplugging the controller and the display but as soon as you plug the battery cable back in it just flashes "Font Programming". I checked voltage at the battery and there is 41 volts. Any idea what the issue could be?

Thanks in advance for any help the community might be able to provide me.

@redondoaveb , have you checked cable connections coming off of the console or going to the motor? Any sort of loose connection would create a problem that might not display properly on the console and make sure that none of the brakes are accidentally engaged; that would also stop the bike from turning on. Check out the Alva + owner's manual; didn't see anything directly related to a "Font Programming" issue but you might need to reset the console.

All cable connections have been checked and the brakes aren't engaged. It ran fine and didn't show the "Font Programming" until I fully charged the battery pack and re-installed it. I unplugged and plugged in the display and the controller hoping that would reset the system but that did nothing either. Do you know if there is a way to do a "master" reset? By the way, thank you for your response.

A2b has been contacted, they think its probably a display issue and are sending a new one. Thanks again for your help and thanks to A2b for sending the new display. I'll post the results when I get the new one installed.

Display came today. I changed it out and bike works perfectly. Thanks again to A2B for shipping one out right away.
