Unfortunately, my dealer told me that he is still unable to make the walk assist work on my 2016 Xduro.

Yes, it's in the manual. You press the button on the bottom and walk will appear on the screen. Then you just hit the plus button and the bike will begin to move.

I live in the u.s. and have a 2017 Xduro. It came with the walk assist button enabled. I also have a 2016 xduro and the walk assist is not enabled.

The purion is a small screen integrated with the mode buttons on the left handlebar for Bosch powered mtbs.

My powerpack 500 came in today. Good timing. I'm picking up my 2017 xduro all-mountain 8.0 tomorrow. 1000 watt hours of turbo bliss. Yeehaw!

Teresa, I had the exact same problem with my brand new haibike. It was just a faulty thumb switch. The dealer put a new one on and it's been flawless for 8 months. If you are out of warranty, a new one cost's $69.00.

I still haven't bought a spare battery. My wife bought a Haibike and I borrow her's on really long rides. I still want a 500 wh battery. There are so many times when I could use that 20 to 25% more range without having to carry a spare battery. I only ride this bike off-road and must admit that...

One of my local E bike shops says that the powerpack 500 might be available for sale sometime in September. Guess I'll hold off buy a spare battery until then.

I bought my electric mountain bike because I wanted to go faster than my standard mountain bike. 20 miles per hour just doesn't get it. I too will be buying a dongle very soon.

Good news for me. The shops are fairly close to my location. It's great to see this type of commitment to our sport/hobby.

I'm 5'11" and went with the 50cm on my all Mtn rx. A little stretched out when I'm seated but just right when I'm standing.
