Hi 416dude, well, they replaced all the cables shown in the pictures above and the harness, so they didn't actually pinpoint the exact cause. But since then I've had no more issues. I hope this helps!

Well, after more than 2 weeks I finally got by bike back. The Giant dealer replaced a whole bunch of cables including the 1 shown in the photo above; now it's working again. It's a bit worrying as the bike is just over 2 years old (out of warranty) and these things happen, doesn't really boost...

So, yesterday I took my bike to the Giant dealer in Poznań, it will be interesting as to what they find!

Hi Stefan. To be honest, it was my own fault because I rounded the heads of the bolts which hold the motor in place. So, I will try again and if I don't succeed, I will take it to a nearby Giant store.
