I'm not really familiar with the mini but Canadian versions of RP bikes have a damper that cuts out at about 22mph, however you're stateside so it's odd. Might be worth going through the process in the video just to make sure you're not getting capped.

Well actually if you smoked two packs a day you would have many health issues and wouldn't be running like new. My battery may have black lung under the cover but performance-wise it's like the day I got it. If it's luck I'll take it but I have a feeling there's more to it than that.
For the past few years I have literally broken every single suggestion in this thread on pretty much a regular basis. I didn't balance the battery to start with, constantly forgetting and leaving it charging in for days, keeping it fully charged 100.00% of the time, leaving it fully charged...
Been wondering about that too. If it wasn't barely a year old a new model would definitely be a leading candidate. Cars bump every year but they've been in a much longer release pattern. Overstock? Better cost/manufacturing efficiencies and attempting more market saturation? Bleak economic...
