Just before xmas I have the new frame fitted, had to wait a bit longer as trek sent the new 2020 frame instead😡. Anyway it looks like they have done away with those lugs & now the stand fits close to frame & feels very secure.

Seriously you all should protest and demand this to be reversed . we can’t even decide on brexit let alone have our ebike’s to go faster😂😂😂😂

Ebiker101 I think your missing the point of a ebike, the fazua & the ebikemotion motors are designed for fitter cyclist who need just a little help. Further to my side stand problems, Trek are sending over a new frame from the US. Hope this was last a bit longer.

so 5 weeks on since my side stand came out of the frame, my lbs has been trying to get the parts sent down but just send the stand & no fittings ie bushes. Had a call today from my shop & trek are now saying that the broken parts are part of the carbon frame, sounds like I need a new frame. Trek...

So why haven’t they kept with the 500wh battery, I assume you will have to pay £400 for the extender battery to get the same mileage?.

Noticed before my ride this morning that the side stand was All loose, tried to tighten it but the plastic spacers have broken out. Mabe it’s been loose for a while?, will order some tomorrow

You will find the battery life will be less as the motor will be on for most of your ride. I lost nearly 50% with a speed box on the giant.

I took a cube agree c62 out with the fazua motor motor before I brought the trek. Having had the giant road e pro before with 80nm of torque I found the cube with 60nm down on power I then took the trek out which felt better than the cube all round, hence I brought the trek. My lbs said that...

Our uk bikes don’t have the strobe option, but I have to press & hold + button to put the lights on.

Is it possible to raise the stem height on this bike & is it a big job with cables going down through it.
