I think the best solution is leave the battery after the ride out with 30% or more without recharge immediately and just recharge completely when it is used again . Right ?

i have the same problem as you but After they try to fix it with shim , today After fews day and 100 km since the bike returned from assistance the problem recurred and the bike shuts off randomly. This ebike have 3 months of life, what rights can I claim. Im really tired of this situation

but a bike in assistance after 2 months of life is not so beautiful in the end and the electronic repairs never go the right way, I’m really frustrated

Yes and said back to warranty but this bike have just 2 months I have made a short video you have had experience with the giant warranty ?
