It has a light switch that can be attached to a horn but is not a UK requirement due to its cycle rating. Additionally there is no number plate and for the UK market a LCD light in the mudguard. The 5 was replaced in the 2020 line up with the 4.0. I’m not sure why!
No the 5.0 is restricted to 15mph! Only a cycle helmet as not classified as a motorbike!
