Help please... I installed a mid drive and twice now the motor has become loose at the crank. I tightened it up mid summer and thought I really had it tight but it is loose again. The nut under the lock-nut cover is what comes loose. Question: which position should the drive be ... up...

I am swapping handlebars on my RadMini4. I want to reuse the grips cuz they are nice leather ones. I am having trouble getting them off the old handlebars. I can move them a little but can't pull them off. Anyone have a method to help get these off?
