    C-Class help - short people?

N95 mask should work, but I've stopped biking as the average for the last week in Salem, Oregon of 406 AQI is just too much.

    Lafree questions

Jude, I finally got down to two lights on battery level and charged up battery. So put on 46.1 miles in the two weeks since the last charge using mostly PAS 1 and auto on mostly flat ground. So by my rough calculation about 15 miles per battery light for me which means 75 miles to empty, or at...

I usually keep the mesh one on my non electric, but it is easy to take off and put on my LaFree when needed.

    2021 LAFREE E+

I love my blue 2020, but I really like that Stendhal theme color one (Le Rouge et le Noir)!

    Lafree questions

I use a ulock and my old mesh lock which I've had for 20 years and is about 4 feet long so that I can lock both wheels with the mesh and use the ulock to secure the frame and mesh lock. I try to not leave any bike unattended very long.

    Lafree questions

Jude, 1. Is the e+1 just a superior version of the e+2? Is there anything superior on the e+2? The e+1 has the belt drive and lights, but otherwise it is the same bike. The LaFree has replaced my belt drive non electric bike (Trek Soho Deluxe). The reason why I liked the belt drive was that...

    Lighting

I got a Giant LaFree that doesn't come with lights. As the days get shorter I will need to add them. I find now that I am older I need more lighting and my old 200 lumens don't provide enough. I don't need them to be wired in, but would like them rechargeable and at a reasonable cost since I...

    LaFree Ebike

LaFree at 3 months I bought my LaFree E+ 2 on May 16th and since then have ridden it most every day. After a couple of weeks of mentally trying to keep track of how many miles I was riding, I decided to take my bike computer off my non electric bike and put it on the LaFree. At the time I had...

New M-class owner with a problem

Glad you got a bike you liked and got your money for the M Classes. I've hardly driven my car since I got my ebike, and my wife thinks I'm getting too skinny.

New M-class owner with a problem

Sorry about your problems, I was thinking about getting an M-class, but decided against since I could not try it out. You might want to check out Cynergy in Portland at 3838 SE Powell as they have a variety of ebikes. I ended up getting my ebike there, a Giant LaFree E+2. They have rentals that...

1st Time Buyer with Wish List

The LaFree has multiple sensors and an auto mode assist as well. Most mid-motors from the big three brands start around $2500. The LaFree also has a belt drive internal geared hub for another $400. You can get mid-motors for less from Ariel Rider for example, but usually you would have to...

1st Time Buyer with Wish List

Giant LaFree at $2000 sounds like you would like it. It doesn't have everything on your wish list, but I found I love riding it and it is lightweight and easy to ride with no assist. I quite often just use the lower assist levels and it rides more like a bike than a motorcycle...
