Correct, I was a bit befuddled there on the bicycle dismounting process, apologies. On Motorbikes, more often than not you are correct as well. The bike those wheels in my pics above are off though is an adventure bike, and they like dirt bikes have high seats, high frames so as to avoid bottoming out the engine on trails. I can't flat foot that bike, only one foot and the other on my toes. For shorter people the recommended practice when stopping is to slide your bum across the seat so one foot can be grounded flat.
