It's been tried before. Look up Mando Footloose. Also the Zehus. Both failed. Accordingly, I don't see it as very novel Just another implementation of a bad concept.

You don't use your feet to charge a battery. USe them to move the bike. If a motor is helping, that's good.

Drive by wire is interesting. We saw that recently on some urban e-trucks that have pedals… Pretty interesting stuff.

Is there a time in that video when the features of the bike are covered? I got bored after a couple of minutes of organizational history as I’m only interested in the tech/bike.
