Both batteries are fully charged, One battery is brand new and a replacement for the single battery that was on when it to ground. -

Same experience with RackTime here. Worse yet, the rack itself has few good attachment points for straps and bungies. Also don't care...

170# is also the standard human weight used for aircraft design calculations, has been for years.
