IIRC, you and I have the same Tektro brakes? I've only ever used the OE Tektro brake pads,.. This is what I found out about the OE... -

or bleed them the right way and you wont have to. get the air out.

I find ceramic pads to be best for my needs. Excellent with regards to wear and heat, quiet and much less rotor wear than anything with...
