xp4 750 pedal assist jumpy

I have a new 750 and these are my first rides..I was surprised to feel the pedal assist in sport mode or higher is quite jumpy...it is somewhat abrupt in how it engages..I have it in standard mode.....do I need to adjust something else?? I have only used the bike on dirt roads so far...and the front disc is rubbing..is there an easy adjust for that?

I don’t know that bike, but i would expect the assist to be a little aggressive in sport mode. Isn’t that the purpose … to give quick response?

For the front disc problem, loosen the bolts securing the calipers to the frame a little, squeeze the lever to center the calipers on the disc and re-tighten the bolts. The calipers can get out of center if you remove the wheel and put it back on a little differently than when it was originally adjusted.
