X-Treme Ebikes. DON'T BUY from these guys. I bought a Cabo Cruiser 48V "Scooter" in 2019. Yes its 6 years old however, the web site says Lifetime Customer Support. FAIL! I need a new read sprocket bearing and a wiring diagram for my model. I used their Chat function of the website and they replied we don't have the part you need or the schematic. In fact they have NO PARTS available for my model period. No US based service shops or offices. When I complained about the "Lifetime support" their answer was "were talking to you aren't we"? That's their definition of lifetime customer support. I talked to an attorney and because of the claim it is implied the statement means service, support, parts, etc. FOR THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT. He also said suing them would likely result in a refund or replacement at minimum; problem being no USA based offices. The products are good the support is Crap!
