Wiring retrofit speed controller on Europa ebike.

I have a Europa ebike and have a replacement speed controller that I need help wiring up. Does anybody have experience with this?
 
By the way, I am Michael. I'm an enthusiast of bikes, recumbents, ebikes, and kinetic sculptures from Humboldt County in NorCal.
