win10 strangeness beyond words

Microshyte have just updated my win10 machine, I watched the process and when it booted back up it was showing my deceased fathers login, his name, his gmail address I never knew he had, this was a brand new hard drive thats never been in any computer he has owned, hes never used my computer.
Ive never put any details of his in my computer.
This is beyond me, they have somehow in some bizarre way decided my computer is his.
I cant login of course, Im not sure this isnt some state level hack


Any ideas?

OK booted up spare PC, its a common problem, rebooted three times and its found my login.
But what on gods earth is my dads login doing on my pc, all I can think is I connected to his wifi and its traced that back to his microshyte account and even filled in his gmail as a recovery option.?????
I'll have to delete his wifi, but just wtf.

Talk about security issue, a reboot could log you in to any wifi you have connected to and give you their recovery email
