I wanted to try some ceramic brake pads see if they last longer on our tandem. Plus the Shimano finned pats are pretty expensive. the mechanics are not sure if they really do much cooling. but I am sure I will be able to test that with the new pads. But the thing is the finned pads are so easy to insert. you have the fitness to hold onto and they go in straight. these new pads can rock when going in and they are hard to hold onto the adjust. took me 20 minutes to get the back in. though the front was easier. The dinner pads go one way and are marked thats nice tis when you take the pads out you can put them back on the right size easily.
