What size thread size?

I have a Bafang BBS02 36v 500w kit on my bike, I found I have to remove one of the cranks. The question is what size thread extractor do I use for this? 22mm?

That is basically the only size crank extractor used anymore; any new crank extractor will be 22x1. Only old French cranks used a different sized extractor, and they are very uncommon.

Thank you much, I didn't know if there were different sizes or not! I'll order a tool this evening, I've checked YOUTUBE as to the procedure and some guys have stripped the aluminum threads from the crank, sure hope I don't have that problem!! I understand that the Bafang crank arms not very strong.

I've taken off my BBS cranks. The standard crank tool that I have worked fine.
