That's likely true. I give it until early 2021 since that's the earliest potential vaccine might be available if any. Even if no vaccine, I think people will generally venture out more and more.The bottom line is the sale is made at the price a buyer and seller are willing to agree on. The invisible hand of the free market... YMMV.
I suspect that the current inflated Seller's market due to Covid-19 will soon change to a Buyers market and prices will drop after the summer.
