I checked on amazon they have the Eahora 500W Fat Tire Folder... I remember reading about the Reibok motor they have with regen capabilities, its pretty neat.

At $2,600 the Momentum (Giant) Transend E+ is over your budget, but I ordered mine on-line and it was assembled and ready to pick up at Giant bike dealer in one week. A month later a friend who liked mine ordered one and was able to pick hers up in 4 days, her husband ordered one after riding hers and his was ready for pick up in 5 days.
