It would be nice if/when they finish the Willapa Hills trail.

Sections of the 101 between South Bend and Long Beach don't have any shoulder and sometimes have poor sight lines as well. But the traffic is usually relatively light. There is a section on Willapa Drive/South Bend Palix Road that bypasses a good-sized chunk of 101.
