My controller display was starting to go bad......and email and a picture and a new one is on its way. Thirty minutes from start to finish, I'd say that's first rate customer service.
I also want to share my Juiced thumbs-up: My damaged RCS was picked up on Monday and I just got the UPS ground notice that the replacement RCS is on its way. Thank you Juiced - the customer service team is starting to shine!!

6 days from return request (including trouble shooting of 2 days) to pickup. 5 days from pickup to shipping notice for replacement. They did a great job turning this around.
