I replaced my CCS rack with an Ibera rack that supports their clip on Pannier/Trunk Bag system for under $30. The Juiced rack has thicker rails and my Panniers didn't clip on. The rack is pretty standard and I'd think by the time you pay shipping plus whatever someone would sell it for, you might as well buy a rack on Amazon. If you really want the standard Juiced rack, I think the CCS rack is the same as the CCX and I'd consider selling it. I don't have fenders to sell, but I'm sure you can find a decent set of those on Amazon too (that's where I got the fenders for my hybrid non-electric), just make sure you get the right width.
