Kandi's small electric car to cost $7,999 in California
Chinese electric startup Kandi announces that its small K27 electric car has been approved for California roads and it is...

Tiny cars approved for use in California apparently. Would not be caught dead in one of these lil boogers. Although that's a higher probability outcome than most would acknowledge, once you step into one of these.
Coffin-mobiles.
My biggest fear of all this EV little stuff is that politicians and special interest groups will use it to wreck our urban and city areas, and outlaw vehicles over certain weights (say 1000 lb max) and speeds, making downtown city areas completely off limits to most vehicles including even Tesla's.
Then we could see even larger pick ups and Humvee like vehicles big enough to carry a 'Kandi' in the back, coming to the urban edge of the downtown area, then offloading and hopping into their Kandi to do some last mile shopping in even more congested downtown areas.
