Hi everyone, just wanted to quickly post something if you are considering purchasing a Wallke bike. DONT DO IT!! Look elsewhere. Mine broke right away and have received no help at all. There is no phone number to call. They hardly respond to emails, and when they do, it’s someone from another country in the middle of the night responding. Don’t get put thru the ringer, or at least purchase through Amazon so you don’t have to deal with the NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi EricSheffer, sorry to hear of your problem. Could you specify what actually broke? There are plenty of helpful people on this site and could possibly help you out. This is another example of why we should buy from our local bike shop. I wish you good luck and I’d be optimistic about getting it up and running, unless it fell off of something high and caused serious damage. Send along some photos of the damage if you can.

This is unfortunate but common with "Affordable Consumer Direct" ebikes. There are many companies that offer these cheaper bikes that are not set up to offer support to the consumers. With ebikes you get what you pay for. Yes, bikes from an LBS are typically higher in price but they are typically better in quality and support. Most of these lower cost bikes pass through the selling company from China and the box is never opened for QC.
