I have a medium Stromer "e-legacy" bike with a non-working battery and a non-working motor. The frame is a black step through model. The motor apparently burned out on one of our super hot days this summer, the overheating light is on permanently. I'll send pix upon request. Located in Boston, will deliver within 100 or so miles... asking $450, or best offer.
