Upgraded to kiox.......but

Hi there, i recently upgraded to kiox and it seems some changes have happened, before the changevi used to turn off the purion unit and bike would ride like a normal (heavy but normal bike) bike but if i turned on the display but had it set to off it would have noticeable resistance, now with the kiox that resistance is constant regardless of display on or off? Also when i push bike backwards with everything off the motor energises and pedals rotate backwards

All seems abit weird

I think I understand your question here, but could also use a little more clarity. When you mention resistance on your bike when using the Kiox---are you in an assistance mode, i.e. Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo?

It's hard to comment exactly on this given the information I see above. Switching out a display from a Purion to a Kiox should not have any influence on the resistance you encounter pedaling the bike in off.
